invaluable experience which Mr.Boulton has while employed

the present Reclamation, to take principal direct charge of

the work.

I am therefore strongly of the opinion

: that it is to the advantage of Government to endeavour to

· retain the services of Mr.Boulton, and I have so recommend

for you favourable consideration that he be now placed upon
